Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is coming soon.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us right away. We will work with the carrier and make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns on items that are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We are happy to help with exchanges on eligible items. Contact us and we will sort it out quickly. Remember: YOKKAO sizing runs small — Thai sizing is typically 1–2 sizes smaller than U.S. sizing. When in doubt, size up.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle.
